To Follow a blog, simply click the "Follow" button, choose to follow publicly or privately, then click "Follow this blog." You may have to establish an account and you will be asked to type in a security code. This is to prevent automatic search engines from gaining access and reeking havoc on my blog. Your name will appear in the Followers box and you can comment directly to the blog. In addition, you will be able to check out My Favorite Blog links.
